| Abstract: | Abstract. Novel advances in instrumental diagnostic in gastroenterology are provided. Progress in basic sciences as a background for developing new diagnostic methods is discussed. Diagnostic tests widely used abroad but with a limited application in Ukraine for diagnosing pathology of the esophagus, intestines, liver and gall bladder are defined. |
