Abstract

Резюме. Незважаючи на численну кількість проведених досліджень із приводу розвитку прееклампсії, на сьогоднішній день дана патологія вагітності має тенденцію до збільшення проявів несприятливих наслідків. Важливо запровадити ранню діагностику ризику виникнення прееклампсії у вагітних з метою вчасної профілактики. Дана патологія потребує співпраці як акушер-гінекологів, сімейних лікарів, так і кардіологів. Оскільки комплексний підхід до діагностики прееклампсії у вагітних дозволить вчасно виявити ризик виникнення зазначеної патології і надасть можливість провести вчасно профілактичні заходи.

Resume. Despite the large number of studies conducted on the development of preeclampsia, today, this pathology of pregnancy tends to increase the manifestations of adverse consequences. It is essential to implement early diagnosis of the risk of preeclampsia in pregnant women for timely prevention. This pathology requires the cooperation of both obstetricians and gynecologists, family doctors, and cardiologists. A comprehensive approach to the diagnosis of preeclampsia in pregnant women will allow timely detection of the risk of the occurrence of the specified pathology and will provide an opportunity to carry out preventive measures promptly.
