Вплив мелатоніну на кількість цитокінів при прееклампсії

Abstract

Мета дослідження. Оцінити патогенетичні механізми ускладнень, що виникають при зниженні мелатоніну, зокрема, з’ясувати зміни мелатоніну, IL-6 та IL-10, визначити кореляцію між ними. Висновки. Концентрації мелатоніну у венозній крові у жінок, вагітність яких ускладнилася прееклампсією у III триместрі вагітності, достовірно нижчі порівняно з неускладненою вагітністю. Навпаки, рівні прозапального IL-6 та протизапального IL-10 достовірно підвищені в групі пацієнток з діагностованою прееклампсією порівняно з нормальною вагітністю.

Objective of the study. Assess the pathogenetic mechanisms of complications arising from a decrease in melatonin, and, in particular, find out more about the changes in melatonin, IL-6 and IL-10, determine the correlation between them. Conclusions. Concentrations of melatonin and of placental growth factor in venous blood in women whose pregnancy was complicated by preeclampsia in the third trimester of pregnancy are significantly lower compared to uncomplicated pregnancies. On the other hand, the levels of proinflammatory IL-6 and anti-inflammatory IL-10 were significantly increased in the group of patients with diagnosed preeclampsia compared with normal pregnancy.
