Abstract: Contrary to the developed scientifically substantiated recommendations and instructions on treatment and prevention of bronchial asthma (BA), availability of basic therapeutic agents and means for inhalations, the control over bronchial asthma in children remains far from being perfect. Thus, glucocorticoids (GC) are known to produce a negative effect on the function and survival of osteoblasts and osteocytes, and in case osteoclasts survive GCs cause metabolic disorders in bones.
