Гепатити В і С на тлі ВІЛ-­інфекції: клініко-­патогенетичні особливості, лікування і наслідки

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі на підставі комплексного епідеміологічного аналізу, результатів клінічного та лабораторного обстеження встановлено сучасні прояви епідемічного процесу при хронічних гепатитах В і С на тлі ВІЛ-­інфекції, оцінено особливості перебігу і вислідів дослідженої асоціації захворювань з метою уточнення концепції епідеміологічного нагляду за ВІЛ-­, HBV-­ і HCV-­інфекцією, а також оптимізації алгоритму терапії таких пацієнтів.

In the dissertation, on the basis of a comprehensive epidemiological analysis, the results of clinical and laboratory examination, modern manifestations of the epidemic process in chronic hepatitis B and C against the background of HIV infection were established, the peculiarities of the course and findings of the studied association of diseases were evaluated in order to clarify the concept of epidemiological surveillance for HIV, HBV ­- and HCV infection, as well as optimization of the therapy algorithm for such patients.
