| Abstract: | Резюме. З метою створення прогностичної моделі перебігу гострого інфаркту міокарда, ускладненого гострою лівошлуночковою недостатністю, обстежено 368 пацієнтів із відповідним діагнозом. Виділено ряд факторів прогресування хронічної серцевої недостатності через 1 рік спостереження. Summary. With the purpose to create a prognostic model of the clinical course of an acute myocardial infarction complicated with an acute insufficiency of the left ventricle 368 patients with such diagnosis were examined. Some factors of progressing of chronic heart failure under 1 year of observation were distinguished. |
