Abstract

Представлені результати імуногістохімічного дослідження імунних клітин з фенотипами CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD56+ і CD68+ в ендометрії жінок з ендометріозом, асоційованим з безпліддям. Показано, що в обстежених зразках тканини ендометрію є порушення розподілу та локалізації імунних клітин з тенденцією до концентрації біля ендометріальних залоз і спостерігається зниження клітин з фенотипом CD4+ і CD8+, що може грати негативну роль в репродуктивному процесі.
