Персонологічні особливості жінок із загрозою передчасних пологів на III триместрі вагітності

Abstract

Вивчено персонологічні особливості жінок із загрозою передчасних пологів на III триместрі вагітності. У період вагітності відбувається зміна у самосвідомості особистості і самовідношенні, як її компонента. Виникає характерна для вагітності психічна перебудова самосвідомості жінки з поступовим включенням в неї образу дитини. При вагітності виникає гестаційна домінанта, що викликає не тільки фізіологічну перебудову в організмі жінки, а й впливає на її емоційний стан. Визначено акцентуації характеру та превалюючий тип ставлення жінки до майбутньої дитини в аспекті перебігу вагітності. Наукове дослідження дало підстави для обґрунтування "мішеней" медико-психологічного впливу для даної категорії пацієнток.

The personological features of women with the threat of preterm birth at the third trimester of pregnancy were studied. During pregnancy, there is a change in the self-consciousness of the personality and self-esteem as its component. There is a characteristic of pregnancy mental restructuring of the woman's consciousness with the gradual inclusion in her image of the child. During pregnancy, gestational dominance occurs, which causes not only the physiological restructuring of a woman's body but also influences her emotional state. The accentuations of character and prevailing type of attitude of the woman to the future child in the aspect of the course of pregnancy are determined. Scientific research has given grounds for substantiation of "targets" of medical and psychological influence for this category of patients.
