Abstract

Цель исследования. В статье на основании архивных документов, библиографических описей осветлена научная деятельность доцента кафедры общей химии Лапшина Феодосия Викторовича. Методология. В ходе исследования использован метод ретроспекции и сравнительного анализа. Научная новизна. Впервые систематизированы все работы Ф.В. Лапшина и проанализирован конкретный его вклад в развитие научного направления кафедры в области аналитической химии – изучение химического состава минеральных источников Черновицкой области и их практического применения в бальнеологических целях, что посодействовало развитию курортологии Буковины. Выводы. В статье описан этап фундаментализации научного направления кафедры, касающегося изучения природных ресурсов Черновицкой области.

Aim: An article is based on some archive documents and bibliographic surveys and it deals with scientific activities of Lapshyn Feodosiy Victorovych, associate professor of Dept. of General Chemistry. Methods: The methods of retrospection and comparative analysis were used in the investigation. Scientific novelty: During 32 years of his activity, Feodosiy Victorovych Lapshyn has passed the arduous path from senior lab assistant to head of Department of General Chemistry of Chernivtsi Medical Institute. His scientific achievements include some monographs and more then hundred of mineral springs discovered with his active participation. All scientific works by F.V. Lapshyn have been systematised for the first time and his personal contribution into development of investigation of chemical composition of some mineral spring waters of Chernivetska oblast and their utilization for development of balneology and health resorts (that was the direction for scientific activities of the Department) was analysed. Feodosiy Victorovych Lapshyn has made a bright example of a man with a prominent life path and with a worthy contribution into the history of his famous institution. His scientific heritage is still serving to people's wellbeing. Conclusions: The article describes a stage of scientific activity of the department that dealt with investigation of natural resource of Chernivetska oblast.
