dc.description.abstractThe hemodynamics of the brain was studied in 92 patients with ischemic stroke and 18 patients with hemorrhagic stroke using transcranial dopplerography. By means of the transcranial dopplerography the main role of the hemodynamically significant lesions of great cranial vessels and the state of the collateral hemodynamics has been determined.en
