Циркадіанні ритми екскреторної функції нирок при гіпотиреозі

Abstract

Chronorhythms of renal excretory function were studied in 25 patients with hypothyroidism and in 20 healthy subjects. The urine was collected in three hour portion for 24 hours. In each portion the amount of the urine, sodium, potassium and creatinine concentrations were measured. In hypothyroidism patients a shift of the acrophases of urination, potassium, sodium and creatinine excretione was revealed. The mesor and amplitude values also changed.
