Ниркові функції у хворих на виразкову хворобу та при демпінг-синдромі за умов спонтанного діурезу

Abstract

За умов спонтанного діурезу вивчено функції нирок у 24 практично здорових людей, 32 хворих на неускладнену виразкову хворобу, 37 хворих з демпінг-синдромом середнього ступеня важкості в 5 періодах доби: 22:00-6:00, 6:00-10:00, 10:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00. Досліджені показники, які характеризують волюмо- та осморегулюючу функції нирок. Встановлено, що зазначені функції нирок у хворих на неускладнену виразкову хворобу за умов спонтанного діурезу змінюються несуттєво. У хворих з демпінг-синдромом за умов спонтанного діурезу (між 6:00 та 22:00) зміни волюмо- та осморегулюючої функції нирок спрямовані на затримання "об’єму" рідини та осмотично активних речовин.

We studied the renal functions of 24 practically healthy people, 32 patients with uncomplicated peptic ulcer, 37 patients with the dumping-syndrome of the average degree of severity during 5 diurnal periods: 22:00-6:00, 6:00-10:00, 10:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00 under conditions of spontaneous diuresis. The indices, characterising the volumo- and osmoregulating renal function, were investigated. It was found out that the above mentioned renal functions in patients afflicted with uncomplicated peptic ulcer changed insufficiently in case of spontaneous diuresis. In patients with the dumping syndrome under conditions of diuresis (between 6:00 and 22:00) the changes of the volume- and osmoregulating renal functions are aimed at the retention of fluid "volume" and osmotically active substances.
