Клінічні та експериментальні матеріали до обгрунтування протоколу комплексного хіміопроменевого лікування раку шлунка

Abstract

Проаналізовано результати радикального оперативного лікування 293 хворих з раком шлунка. Кількість радикальних операцій (гастректомії зросла з 7% до 33%), заочеревинні лімфаденектомії виконано у 19% хворих. Ад'ювантна хіміотерапія протягом 3-х років проводилась у 13,6% хворих.

Analysis of the results of radical operative treatment of 293 patients with gastric cancer has been made. More radical approach to the operative treatment (increase of total lastrectomies from 7% to 33%, extensive dissection of lymph nodesbeyound peritoneum in 19% of patients) and the use of adjuvant chemotherapy during a 3-year period decreased, mortality rate in 13,6 % of patients. Preoperative radiation is really possible only in 50 % of patients in connection with cancer complications. New protocol of complex treatment of gastric cancer which includes differentiated application of neo- and adjuvant chemo-radiation therapy and non-specific rehabilitation methods (nonintensive laser therapy and phytotherapy) has been elaborated.
