Abstract:	Окислювальну модифікацію білків плазми (сироватки) крові визначали за реакцією з 2,4-динітрофенілгідразином. Утворені гідразони мають характерний спектр поглинання. A rate of protein oxidative destruction may be estimated for the reaction of the resultant carbonyl derivatives of amino acids reaction with 2,4-dinitropfenylhydrazine. The procedure for estimation of 2,4-dinitroherylhydrazones was modified for clinical application.
