| Abstract: | В статті розглянуто питання оптимізації лікування хронічного гломерулонефриту із ХНН ІІ-ІІІ та IV ступеня шляхом включення до комплексної терапії еферентних методів, зокрема масивної безперервної плазмосорбції. Аналіз результатів спостережень свідчить про ефективність ПС в лікуванні даної групи хворих. The article considers problems of treatment optimization of chronic glomerulonephritis with chronic renal insufficiency of degree II, III and IV by means of inclusion of efferent methods in particular, mass voluminous plasmasorption in a course of multimodality therapy. An analysis of the experimental findings are indicative of the efficacy of voluminous plasmasorption in the treatment of this group of patients. |
