dc.description.abstractОцінка стану церебральної гемодинаміки за допомогою транскраніальної доплерографії в середніх мозкових артеріях у хворих з інсультами є досить ефективною. Цей метод дає можливість оцінити локальне, регіонарне і сумарне кровонаповнення мозку, рівень колатерального кровообігу. Отримані дані можуть бути використані для прогнозу перебігу і вибору ефективного лікування хворих із мозковим інсультом.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe evaluation of the state of cerebral hemodynamics by means of transcranial dopplerography in the median cerebral arteries in patients with ischemic strokes is rather effective. This method makes it possible to study the local, regional and total blood supply of the brain, collateral circulation. The obtained data may be used for prognosis of a course and choice of effective treatment of patients with cerebral insult.en
