The authors elucidate the question of the need to introduce insurance medicine on the basis of compulsory medical insurance, disclosing the significance of budgetary insurance medicine for the activity of insurance organizations. They also substantiale that insurance medicine is a system of rendering free and available medical aid to the population. |
