СТРУКТУРА РЕАКЦІЙ ГІПЕРЧУТЛИВОСТІ НА ЛІКАРСЬКІ ПРЕПАРАТИ НА БУКОВИНІ

Abstract

The paper has studied the disease incidence, the etiological structure of hypersensitivity to medicines in Bucovyna region. 800 cases of undesirable reactions to medicinal preparations at the departments of the Regional Clinical Hospital (city of Chernivtsi) from 2012-2017 have been analyzed. According to an analysis of a complex of clinicoanamnestics, physical, laboratory, specific allergologic methods of research undesirable reactions to medicinal preparations in Bucovyna region make up 17 %.There are reactions among them classified by us as Drug allergy - 12 %. We have presented recommendations as to therapeutic approaches to the treatment of patients with a burdened allergological history.
