Abstract: | It has been established that in patients with vegetovascular dystonia after the hypertensive type the blood content of sCD95 molecules decreases and the sCD117 level increases that is accompanied by a reliable elevation of the caspase-1 activity, however, the activity of caspases-3 and -8, as well as the blood content of sFas-l do not change. Multimodality treatment, employing glutargin decreases the plasma content of sCD95 by 28 %, normalizes the blood sCD117 level and does not influence on the sFas-l concentration and the activity of caspases-1,-3,-8 in the blood plasma. With vegetovascular dystonia after the hypotensive type the blood plasma concentration of sCD95, sFas-l and the activity of caspases-1,-3,-8 correspond to the control value against a background of an elevation of the plasma concentration of sCD117 by 91 %. The use of erbisol in the treatment does not change the plasma concentration of sCD95, sFas-l and the activity of caspases-1,-3,-8 and diminishes the blood content of sCD95 up to control values. The blood plasma concentration of the molecules of sCD95, sFas-l and a dissolved form of the factor of stem cells – sCD117 molecules increases statistically significantly in patients with VVD after the mixed type as compared with the control groups of subjects that is accompanied with a reliable elevation of caspases-1,-3,-8. The combined effects of glutargin and erbisol in patients of this group are characterized by a decrease (but not a normalization) of the blood content of sCD95 by 45 %, sFas-l by – 46 %, sCD117 – by 47 % and a decrease of the activity of caspases-1,-3,-8. |
