Об эргономичности природных компенсаторных реакций

Abstract

Найкращі методи лікування захворювань – ті, що копіюють природні механізми компенсації патологічних процесів. Вони ергономічно вигідні: максимальний результат досягається при мінімальних енергозатратах. Запропоновано на ранніх стадіях первинної некомпенсованої глаукоми робити витончення склери округлої форми в проекції циліарного тіла – моделювати природну компенсаторну реакцію (утворення циліарних стафілом склери) для нормалізації внутрішьоочного тиску.

The best models of treating diseases are those that copy the natural mechanisms of compensating pathological processes. They are ergonomically beneficial: the maximal result is achieved with minimal energy expenditure. It has been suggested to perform thinnings of the sclera of a rounded form in a projection of the ciliary body at early stages of primary noncompensated glaucoma – to simulate the natural compensatory reaction (the formation of ciliary staphylomas of the sclera) for the purpose of normalizing intraocular pressure.
