Особливості експертизи працездатності хворих, що перенесли нефректомію

Abstract

Аналіз клініко-лабораторних показників у післяопераційному періоді дав змогу виділити особливості оцінки працездатності у 183 хворих, що перенесли нефректомію. Показано, що критерієм встановлення групи інвалідності або ступеня непрацездатності у хворих після нефректомії повинна бути стадія ХНН та активність запального процесу єдиної нирки, частота загострень захворювання, вираженість больового синдрому й артеріальної гіпертензії, вік хворого, характер виконання роботи, умови праці і професія.

An analysis of clinico-laboratory parameters during the postoperative period made it possible to single out the peculiarities of evaluating the capacity for work of 183 patients who underwent nephrectomy. It was shown that the stage of chronic renal failure and the activity of the inflammatory process of the remaining kidney, the rate of disease exacerbations, the frankness of the pain syndrome and arterial hypertension, the character of performed work, the work conditions and profession served as the criteria of establishing the group of invalidism and the degree of disability in patients following nephrectomy.
