Видовий склад та роль дріжджоподібних грибів роду Candida в розвитку вагініту

Abstract

Встановлено видовий склад та популяційний рівень дріжджоподібних грибів роду Candida у вмісіі заднього склепіння вагіни, хворих на кандидозний вагініт. Збудниками кандидозного вагініту в жінок дітородного віку здебільшого є С. Albicans, С. glabrata, С. inconspiena, С. krusei, С. tropicalis, С. guillerinondii. Визначена чутливість мікроорганізмів до протигрибкових антибіотиків та синтетичних препаратів двочетвертинного амонію.

The species composition and population level of yeast-like fungi of the Candida type at the site of the posterior fornix of the female vagina of patients with candidiasis vaginitis has been established. The causative agents of this type of vaginitis in women of child bearing age, most prequently are С. Albicans, C. glabrata, C. inconspiena, C. krusei, С tropicalis, C. guil-lermondii. The author has determined susceptibility of the microorganisms to antifungal antibiotics and synthetic preparations of bi-quaternary ammonium.
