Хірургічне лікування защемлених пахвинних та стегнових гриж за методом Ніхуса

Abstract

У статті наводиться порівняльна характеристика 48 герніотомій за методом Ніхуса з 805 операціями, виконаними за традиційними методиками хірургічного лікування пахвинних та стегнових гриж у хірургічному відділенні Ромненської ЦРЛ Сумської області протягом 1992-1998 pp. На основі аналізу післяопераційних ускладнень та віддалених наслідків лікування доводиться доцільність та обґрунтовуються переваги широкого застосування методики герніотомії за методом Ніхуса при защемленних пахвинних та стегнових грижах, у тому числі у хворих похилого та старечого віку.

A comparative characteristic of 48 herniotomies, based on Nyhus's technique with 805 operations performed in accordance with the traditional techiques of surgical treatment of inguinal and femoral hernias at the surgical department of the Romny CDH of the Sumy region from 1992 through 1998 is presented. On the basis of an analysis of postoperative complications and delayed sequelae of treatment the advantages and expediency of widespred usage of the Nyhus herniotomy technique are proved and substantiated in case of incacerated inguinal and femoral hernias, including patients of elderly and senile age.
