Пероксидне окиснення ліпідів у хворих із порушеннями мозкового кровообігу

Abstract

Проведено зіставлене вивчення показників пероксидного окиснення ліпідів залежно від ступеня прогресування порушень мозкового кровообігу. На основі експериментального вивчення дії тіотриазоліну на мембрани еритроцитів досліджено вплив препарату на стан вільнорадикального окиснення ліпідів у хворих на дисциркуляторну енцефалопатію ІІ стадії та у відновний період ішемічного інсульту проведено порівняльний аналіз отриманих показників.

A comparative study of the indices of the lipid peroxidation, depending on the degree of progressing of cerebral circulation impairement has been perfomed. We have investigated the effect of thiotriazolin on the state of free radical lipid oxidation in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy of the second degree and during the rehabilitation period of ischemic stroke on the basis of an experimental study of the remedy influence upon the state of the erythrocyte membranes. A comparative analysis of the obtained indices has been carried out.
