Прогнозування захворювань гепатобіліарної системи у дітей, які перенесли "хімічну інтоксикаційну алопецію"

Abstract

Проведено багатофакторний кореляційний аналіз банку даних клініко-параклінічного обстеження дітей, які перенесли "хімічну інтоксикаційну алопецію" ("ХІА"), з урахуванням стану гепатобіліарної системи під час гострого періоду хвороби та подальшого диспансерного спостереження. Виявлено основні фактори ризику формування функціональних та органічних розладів печінки та жовчовивідних шляхів. Отримані дані підтверджені розрахунками атрибутивного, відносного ризику та відношенням ризику виникнення захворювань залежно від анамнезу, клінічних та параклінічних особливостей гострого періоду за методами клінічної епідеміології.

We have carried out a polyfactor correlation analysis of a pool of findings of a clinico-paraclinical survey of children who suffered from "chemical intoxication alopecia" ("CIA"), taking into consideration the state of the hepatobiliary system at the time of an acute stage of the disease and further follow-up observation. The chief factors of the development of the functional and organic disorders of the liver and bile passages have been revealed. The obtained data have been confirmed by calculations of attributive relative risk and the ratio of the risk of disease appearance, depending on the anamnesis, clinical and paraclinical peculiarities of the acute period in accordance with methods of clinical epidemiology.
