Ступінь розладу мікробіоценозу товстої кишки у хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт

Abstract

При обстеженні 127 хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт у період загострення захворювання встановлено, що у 81,8% пацієнтів сформований дисбактеріоз товстої кишки І-ІІІ ступеня: І ступеня – у 16,5%, II ступеня – у 34,6% і ІІІ ступеня – у 30,7% хворих відповідно. Лише в 23 хворих (18,1%) показники мікрофлори були в межах норми.

While examining 127 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis at a stage of disease exacerbation it was established that large intestinal dysbacteriosis of degree I-ІII was formed in 81,8 % of the patients; degree І – in 16,5 %; degree ІІ in 34,6% and degree III – in 30,7 % respectively. Microflora indices within the normal limits were found only in 23 (18,1%) patients.
