Стан специфічного імунного захисту організму хворих на дифузний токсичний зоб

Abstract

Дослідження стану специфічного імунного захисту у хворих на дифузний токсичний зоб виявило зміни клітинної (зменшення як відносного, так і абсолютного рівня Т-лімфоцитів, зниження рівня Т-супресорів, зростання імунорегуляторного індексу та лейко-Т-клітинного індексу) та гуморальної (збільшення кількості В-лімфоцитів, зменшення лейко-В-клітинного індексу, підвищення концентрації IgG, зниження рівня показників IgM/Bл, IgG/Вл, IgА/Вл, зростання рівня неспецифічних циркулюючиx імунних комплексів) ланок системи специфічного імунного захисту, що свідчить про формування та тривалість автоімунного процесу і потребує використання в комплексній терапії спеціальних методів імунореабілітації.

A research of specific immune defence in patients with diffuse toxic goiter has revealed changes of the cellular (a decrease of both the relative, and absolute level of Т-lymphocytes, a decrease of the level of T-suppressors, an increase of the immunoregulatory index and leuko-T-cellular index) and humoral (an increase of the level of B-lymphocytes, a decrease of the leuko-B-cellular index, an increase of IgG concentration, a decrease of the level of the parameters of IgM/Bl. IgG/Bl, IgA/Bl, an increase of the level of non-specific circulating immune complexes) links of the system of specific immune defence, that is indicative of the formation and duration of the autoimmune process and requires the use of special methods immunorehabilitation in multymodality therapy.
