dc.description.abstractElder patients age, higher class of acute left ventricular failure, presence of diabetes mellitus and chronic heart failure, anterior localisation of acute myocardial infarction, smoking and obesity, ejection fraction low then 40% are independent predictors of lethal event development in patients with acute myocardial infarction and acute left ventricular failure. Besides, increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines level (interleukin-1alfa, interleukin-6, tumor-necrotizing factor and neopterin) parallel to worsening of echocardiography ejection fraction results in favor of increase of lethsl event onset probability in the mentioned category of patients.ru_RU
