Assessing the differences between the clinical and laboratory tolerance of tubrculosis drugs according to the way of administration, it was proved the importance of individualization of the standard treatment at patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic disorders and polimorphysm of glutathione-S-transferase (GST).
