| Abstract: | У статті наведені найбільш важливі аспекти лікування гіпотиреозу згідно з останніми міжнародними рекомендаціями, розробленими з позицій доказової медицини. Розглянуті підходи до терапії левотироксином у певних категорій хворих залежно від різних клінічних ситуацій, подані сучасні відомості щодо можливості використання альтернативних методів лікування, зазначені перспективні наукові напрямки для оптимізації надання допомоги пацієнтам із цим захворюванням. |
| Description: | The most important aspects of hypothyroidism treatment in accordance with the latest international guidelines developed from evidence-based medicine are given in the article. Approaches to levothyroxine therapy in certain categories of patients according to different clinical situations, modern data about the possibility of alternative therapies use, perspective scientific areas to optimize the medical care for patients with this disease are reviewed. |
