Участие эритроцитов в депонировании и транспорте катехоламинов при бронхообструктивном синдроме

Abstract

Erythrocytic catecholamines were studied cytochemically in 77 patients with bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis. It was found that there were changes in the structure and topography of inclusions of catecholamines in the erythrocytes which developed parallel with manifestations of the bronchspastic syndrome and progression of the disease severity. The blood plasma of patients with bronchial asthma is suggested to have a factor inhibiting the penetration of catecholamines in the cytoplasm of erythrocytes.
