dc.description.abstractThe article depicts contemporary situation concerning pathogenesis, surgical and clinical aspect of the Fournier disease, its challenges and problems. It is concluded that early active surgical interventions accompanied by the detoxification therapy, normalization of homeostasis, etiologically based antibiotic therapy, correction of comorbidities; reconstructive surgical interventions aimed on affected areas defects plastic, obeying of indications and contraindications improves treatment outcome. Individualized treatment tactics are preferable in this cohort of patients.ru_RU
