dc.description.abstract | Certain aspects of pathogenesis, surgical and medical treatment of Fournier gangrene, current challenges, and problems are revealed. On 43 clinical examples of patients treated at two clinics, special attention is paid to optimizing diagnosis and treatment, including, adequate surgical treatment of purulent necrotic foci and active treatment in the intensive care unit. The percentage of mortality was 20.93%. Individualized treatment strategy has advantages when used in this group of patients. | ru_RU |
