Risk factors and spread of arterial hypertension in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract

In patients with rheumatoid arhtritis, espesially in case of its early form, a wide spread of arterial hypertension was detected. In the majority od patients the disease developed against the group of rheumatoid arhtritis and was assotiated with traditional risk factors, rheumatoid factor available, duration of intake of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids. The evidence obtained is indicative of the nesessity of early diagnostics and effective therapy of arterial hypertension with rheumatoid arhtritis.
