Опыт комплексного лечения миофасциальной дисфункции шейно-грудной локализации

Abstract

Based on the clinical-neurological and instrumental methods of examination in 29 patients, the meaning of myofascial dysfunction of cervico-thoracic localisation in development of cephalgic, myotonic syndromes and dyssomnias was revealed. On the base of obtained results the programme of therapy of myofascial cervico-thoracic dysfuction was created. Using of obtained results leads to improvement of therapy effectiveness. The successful management of patients with Myofascial dysfunction is dependent on establishing an accurate diagnosis and using proper therapy based on an understanding of the pathogenesis of the disorder.
