Abstract

У запропонованому виданні розглянуто теоретичні засади психології здоров’я, розкриті критерії здоров’я та здорової особистості. Важливий наголос робиться на оптимізації міжособистісної взаємодії, сприянні кращому розумінню себе та інших, формуванні й корекції регулятивних, комунікативних, вольових якостей, профілактиці та корекції психічного та психологічного здоров’я. В підручнику подана інформація щодо збереження психологічного здоров’я у воєнний час: первинна психологічна допомога, психологічна допомога військовослужбовцям, допомога дітям у воєнний час тощо. Підручник відповідає програмі курсу «Психологія здоров’я» для медичних навчальних закладів. Die vorgeschlagene Ausgabe untersucht die theoretischen Grundlagen der Gesundheitspsychologie, enthüllt die Kriterien für Gesundheit und eine gesunde Persönlichkeit.
