Abstract: Проведено стоматологічне обстеження 100 дітей віком 9-16 років, хворих на цукровий діабет І типу, які перебували на стаціонарному лікуванні в ендокринологічному відділенні ОКУ «Обласна дитяча клінічна лікарня» м. Чернівці та 60 соматично здорових дітей. Встановлено особливості перебігу захворювань тканин пародонта та різноманітні порушення структури твердих тканин зубів, що розвішаються на тлі метаболічних порушень за умов цукрового діабету. Проведено стоматологическое обследование 100 детей возрастом 9-16 лет, больных сахарным диабетом I типа, находившихся на стационарном лечении в эндокринологическом отделении ОКУ «Областная детская клиническая больница» (г. Черновцы) та 60 соматически здоровых детей 12 лет, учеников 30Ш № 22 г. Черновцы. Установлено особенности течения заболеваний тканей пародонта, различные нарушения структуры твердых тканей зубов, которые развиваются на фоне метаболических нарушений при сахарном диабете. The disease of periodontal tissues is much prevalent among children. They occur in 30-50 % of 12-year and 15 % 55-96-year-olds. In their structure dominated is the chronic generalized catarrhal gingivitis. Somatic pathologies, including diabetes, complicates the periodontal diseases in children. Set the clinical course of disease periodontal tissues in children with diabetes type I, taking into account existing metabolic disorders. Stomatological examination of 100 children aged 9-16 years with diabetes type I that was treated at the endocrinological departments of Regional Children's Clinical Hospital and 60 12-aged children somatic healthy children, the pupils at school №22, has been carried out. Indicators of oral hygiene in children and the main comparative groups differed unreliable, both groups found satisfactory oral hygiene. The most common forms chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children with diabetes in 53,61 % of cases is the average severity of disease, and in 60,00 % somatically healthy children – mild severity. Shyllera-Pisarev test was positive in all children basic and comparative group and 10 children in the control group. Indicators bleeding and plaque in children against physical illness were high. The results of examination as children with diabetes type I and somatic healthy, point to the need for education rational oral hygiene, regular its controls on the part of parents and dentists, early prevention of periodontal tissue diseases in this population of children and the development of adapted health care programs.
