Abstract:	З метою визначення ролі вікового аспекту в дестабілізації ІХС проаналізовано особливості перебігу гострого інфаркту міокарда у пацієнтів молодого віку в м. Чернівці. We analyzed bibliography data and compared them with the clinico-laboratory findings in a patient with acute myocardial infarction at the age of 21. A conclusion concerning an increase of the incidence rate of acute myocardial infarction in person of young age in recent years was made.
