Формоутворення дванадцятипалої кишки у пренатальному періоді онтогенезу людини

Abstract

За допомогою методів гістологічного дослідження, пластичної та графічної реконструкції, макро-мікроскопічного препарування простежена динаміка формоутворення 12-палої кишки. Встановлено, що через ряд перехідних форм та під впливом дії екстраорганних факторів (жорстка фіксація вентральною брижею до воріт печінки та дорсальною брижею до задньої стінки черевної порожнини, а також корелятивних взаємовідносин з головкою підшлункової залози) вже на 4-ому місяці внутрішньоутробного життя зустрічаються всі 4 основні дефінітивні форми 12-палої кишки – підковоподібна, кільцеподібна, U- та V-подібна.

Studied through employment of methods of the histologic research into the plastic and graphic reconstruction, together with macro- and microscopic preparation was the dynamics of the duodenum formation. It has been shown that through a series of transitive forms and under the influence of some extraorgan factors (a rigid fixation by the ventral mesentery to the liver hilus and by the dorsal mesenery to the back splanchnic (wall) of the abdominal cavity, along with a correlative interrelations with the pancreas head) already in the 4th month oh the fetal development all the four basic duodenal definitive forms as, a horseshoe-shaped, circular, V-or U-like could be traced.
