Abstract:	257 patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina were examined by means of the test with non-invasive volume loading. All the patients were distributed into the groups according to the response of the ejection fraction to loading. Certain connections between the changes of the left ventricle functional status and the course of acute myocardial infarcion were discovered.
