| Description: | Reforming health care is always the direct participation of society and political forces. That is how the reform process quite clearly reflect the currently existing societal priorities. Health systems that function properly are in countries which are characterized by high accomplishment citizens. Then the state can take care of the necessary health care, and citizens are able to contribute to the protection of their health. Even advanced countries can no longer afford to provide significant social guarantees for the population and browsing social obligations, narrowing the range of benefits in health care, thus increasing the fee from the population by providing medical service. |
